We recommend that your wood burning or multi-fuel stove undergoes a standard service (see below) ideally every year.
The standard service will be done by one of our qualified HETAS engineers. We recommend that you clean and inspect your appliance regularly, especially in periods of heavy use. If you notice any problems or have any questions please contact us.
We offer a service plan for as little as £12 including VAT per month (excl. parts), which includes;
Sweeping your flue, Inspecting and Servicing your stove (parts extra).
